How it Works

The accelerator follows a clean, secure, and scalable architecture built for rapid deployment and easy customization.

Supplier Registration & Secure Login

New suppliers complete a simple self-registration form. Credentials are securely stored and used for future access (with optional SSO integration paths)

Flexible File Upload

Suppliers upload their product data files in any CSV/Excel format without strict template requirements. The portal provides an intuitive mapping interface where suppliers align their file columns to the corresponding IDMC Product 360 attributes, eliminating format constraints and accommodating diverse supplier data structures

Product Data Upload

Suppliers drag-and-drop or select their prepared product data files. Files are temporarily stored and immediately queued for processing

Validation & Transformation

Backend services perform format validation, data type checks, mandatory field enforcement, and basic business-rule validation before converting the file to JSON payload format compatible with IDMC REST APIs

Ingestion into IDMC

Validated data is synchronously or asynchronously pushed to Supplier 360 / Product 360 via secure REST API calls. Supplier profile updates and product records are created or matched as needed

Real-Time Status & Feedback

Suppliers see live sync status (Pending → Processing → Success / Failed) along with detailed error messages, row-level rejection reasons, and downloadable error reports enabling fast self-correction

Audit & Notification

All activities (uploads, syncs, errors) are logged. Optional email/SMS notifications alert suppliers and internal teams on critical events
