The Challenge

Performance was one of the major challenge due to several existing legacy systems. To enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency with an ability for customers to view and manage their account details, orders, invoices, scorecards, checkbook etc.

The Solution

Migrated the application from CCV1 to CCV2. Integrated SAP commerce cloud with Customer data cloud (CDC) via Gigya to import all customers data to storefront. Used SCPI to import all data from legacy systems. Integrated all pages from AEM and retrieving data through REST APIs. Established relationship between different B2B units giving control to manage orders and customer data based on their role and authorization.

The Benefits

Customer now has the control over their order information, invoices, vouchers etc. Page speed increased by 60% as all data is maintained in one place. Increased revenue with new features like order replenishment and scheduled orders.
