Contextualized Product Experience across channels
Product Experience
Customer-centric, contextualized experience based on the customer journey are becoming the key differentiator for the future of customer experience. PIM allows you to show a three-tier Product model that will help the customer to get more involved and feel homely while purchasing a product from an online retail.
Customer centric shopping experience
With the growing popularity of smart and/or wearable devices, many people are already benefiting from context data-driven customer experience (CX) in their everyday lives. Siri, Alexa, and Google Home learn to provide better suggestions based on previous behavior. This can be incorporated in the shopping experience of a customer when a customer comes to web to buy a cookware item and providing some additional information of products bought along with cookware or handle care information.
Websites to cross reference various products as product reference
If a customer searched for a black t-shirt but in web, we could show the customer that the same t-shirt is available in various other colors, size and patter. This can be achieved in PIM using a very simple concept of Product, Variant and Item which is termed as Three-tier Product model. This will help the customer to get more involved and feel homely while purchasing a product from an online retail.
